Office Coordinator

DNB Contracts wants to bring on an Office Coordinator for its Sector 26 - Gurgaon, Delhi team. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

Day-to-day work

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Email, Ms Power Point, Ms Word
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• A well spoken, detail-oriented attitude

What you get

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
