Manage And Oversee Day-To-Day Banking Transactions And Back-Office Activities. Ensure Compliance With Regulatory Standards And Optimize Workflows For Efficiency. Collaborate With Teams To Streamline Operational Processes And Improve Customer Service. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Documentation, MS Excel, Compliance, Customer acquisition
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are ethical and trustworthy
