Key Responsibilities: Provide Technical Support To Customers Via Phone, Email, Or Remote Tools. Diagnose And Resolve Hardware/Software Issues. Handle Customer Queries. Languages : Punjabi, Hindi, English

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
