Dolly Printing & Packaging (India) Pvt Ltd is looking for an Hr And Admin Officer to join its team in Khed Shivapur, Pune. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. Handle Other Admin & Compliance Work In Factory. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Good knowledge of Payroll, Labour law basics, MS Excel and Screening
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

As an Hr And Admin Officer, your work will include:

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
