Doon Decors & Exhibits is looking for a Purchase Executive to join its team in Lalpur, Ranchi. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month.

Source And Negotiate With Suppliers To Acquire Goods And Services At The Best Value. Manage Inventory Levels And Track Purchasing Budgets. Maintain Supplier Relationships And Ensure Timely Deliveries. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Record Management, Quotation Management

Key responsibilities

• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Quotation Management, Record Management
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• You are detail-oriented and dependable

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
