Experience Handling Customer Support For Food Delivery Platforms Such As Zomato, Swiggy, Or Similar Customer Service Environments. 13 Years Of Experience In Customer Support, Customer Service, Or Call Center Operations, Preferably In The Qsr, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Or Retail Industry. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales | Languages : English, Hindi

Key responsibilities

• You will identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
