We Are Seeking Energetic And Customer-Oriented Telecallers To Join Our Growing Team At Dpr Health Solutions Pvt Ltd. In This Role, You Will Interact With Potential Customers To Introduce Health Insurance Plans, Understand Their Medical Coverage Requirements, And Guide Them Toward Selecting The Right Health Insurance Policy. Type : Inbound, Domestic, Outbound, Sales | Languages : Hindi, English

What you will do

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Outbound and Sales
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Compensation

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
