Need An Experienced Receptionist To Attend Day To Day Call From Our Customers, Also Keeping Regular Follow-Ups With Those Customers , Manage Documents & Also Efficient With Ms Excel (Previous Experienced In Clinic Management Required). 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month.

What you will do

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, MS Office, Data entry and Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
