Responsible For Billing And Invoicing, Maintaining Balance Sheet, Accounts, Bank Statements. Handling Of Phone Calls, Emails And Couriers. Maintain Register & Monitor Reception Area. Talking To Customers. Making Quotation And Take Follow-Up. Handle Customer With There Query. Manage Front Desk, Calls, & Walk-In Customers. Handle Billing, Invoicing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Email etiquette, Data entry, MS Office and Record keeping
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Salary

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
