Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Process management, Vendor coordination, MIS reporting, MS Excel
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Prepare MIS reports and track key metrics
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate between vendors, customers and internal teams
• You'll monitor team productivity and remove bottlenecks.
• Improve processes and document standard procedures.
• Run daily operations smoothly against defined SLAs

Compensation

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
