What you get

What you will do

As a Crm Manager, your work will include:

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• You'll cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Computer, Email, Ms Power Point, Tally
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Advanced Excel, MS Power Point, > 30 WPM Typing Speed
• Skills Needed: Tally, Email, Computer
• An ethical, trustworthy attitude
