Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. Languages : English, Marathi, Hindi

Day-to-day work

• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Marathi
