Hr Adminwere Looking For An Organized And People-Focused Hr Admin To Support Day-To-Day Hr Operations, Employee Records, Recruitment Coordination, Onboarding, And General Administrative Activities. Strong Communication, Attention To Detail, And A Proactive Approach Are Essential. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You'll support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Payroll, Screening, Labour law basics, Recruitment
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A good communicator, organised attitude

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
