We Are Looking For An Hr Executive Responsible For Handling Recruitment And Scheduling Interviews Within Defined Timelines. The Candidate Should Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills, Be Capable Of Screening Candidates, Managing Documentation, And Completing Verification Processes Efficiently. They Will Also Be Responsible For Completing Tasks On Time. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You'll manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You will coordinate performance reviews and training.
• You will handle employee queries and engagement activities.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Labour law basics, Recruitment, HRMS and Payroll
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
