Dynamic Business Services is looking for a Collection Telecaller to join its team in Nungambakkam, Chennai. There are 10 open positions. Freshers can apply. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• You'll comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• You will source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• You'll manage collections and track overdue accounts.

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
