We Are Seeking A Dynamic, Customer-Focused, And Results-Driven Sales Coordinator / Customer Support Executive To Join Our Growing Team. The Ideal Candidate Will Be Responsible For Handling Customer Interactions, Generating Business Opportunities Through Telecalling, Coordinating With Prospective Clients, And Ensuring A Positive Customer Experience. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Active listening, CRM tools, Typing speed, Verbal communication
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone polite and customer-first

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
