The Ideal Candidate Will Be Married, Experienced In Office Coordination, And Skilled In Excel And Phone-Based Follow-Ups. The Role Requires A Responsible And Simple Personality Who Can Assist With Office. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Data entry, Email etiquette, Basic accounting, Typing
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
