The Role Involves Coordinating With Clients And Vendors, Managing Follow-Ups, Maintaining Records, Preparing Reports, And Assisting With Logistics Activities. Good Communication And Coordination Skills Are Essential. > 30 WPM Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.

Eligibility

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
