Earth services is looking for a Collection Team Leader to join its team in Panipat. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month. There are 10 open positions.

What you will do

• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• You will source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Hindi
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
