Collections Executive

Earth Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a Collections Executive to join its team in Shadipur, Delhi. 20 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹45,000/month.

Salary

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹45,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Below 10th
• Good knowledge of Customer acquisition, KYC, Financial products and Documentation
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• You will follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
