Manage And Supervise The Collection Team And Daily Collection Activities.Set And Monitor Individual And Team-Wise Collection Targets.Follow Up On Overdue Accounts Through Calls, Messages And Other Approved Channels.Monitor Dpd, Overdue, Delinquency And Recovery Performance.Allocate Cases To Collection Executives And Track Their Perfor. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Typing speed, Active listening, Hindi and English and Verbal communication
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone customer-first and polite
