A new Hr Operations role is open at Easy Source Hr Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad. The pay goes up to ₹22,000/month.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Labour law basics, HRMS, MS Excel and Payroll
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone people-oriented and good communicator

What you get

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
