Responsible For Representing Company And Converting Query Into Leads Also Handling Phone Calls, Preparing Data, Organising Files, Data Entry And Tally. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Typing, Basic accounting, Email etiquette, Record keeping
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A detail-oriented, well spoken attitude

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
