They Act As The Bridge Between Senior Management And Frontline Staff, Ensuring Compliance With Financial Regulations And High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound, Sales

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Outbound and Sales
• Basic English
