We Are Hiring A Female Telecaller For Car Insurance Renewal At Our Dunlop Office. Working Hours: 10:00 Am To 6:45 Pm. Working Days: Monday To Saturday, Salary: 10,000 To 12,000 + Attractive Incentives Interested Candidates Can Apply Now.

What you will do

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

What we are looking for

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Complaint handling, Verbal communication, Hindi and English, Typing speed
• Female Only

Salary and benefits
