We Are Urgently Hiring A Female Tele Caller With A Fixed Salary For Car Insurance Renewal At Our Shyam Bazar Office. Working Hours Are 10:00 Am To 6:45 Pm, Monday Through Saturday. The Salary Ranges Between 8,000 And 10,000 With Attractive Incentives. Interested Candidates Can Apply Immediately.

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month.

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Verbal communication, Active listening, Complaint handling, Hindi and English
