We Are Hiring A Female Telecaller With A Fixed Salary For Car Insurance Renewal At Our Dunlop Office. Working Hours Are From 10:00 Am To 6:45 Pm, Monday To Saturday. Salary Ranges From 9,000 To 11,000 Along With Attractive Incentives. Interested Candidates Can Apply Now.

What we are looking for

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of CRM tools, Verbal communication, Active listening and Complaint handling
• Female Only
• Basic English

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹9,000 – ₹11,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
