We Are Urgently Hiring A Female Telecaller With A Fixed Salary For Car Insurance Renewal At Our Shyam Bazar Office. Working Hours Are 10:00 Am To 6:45 Pm, Monday Through Saturday. The Salary Ranges Between 8,000 And 10,000 With Attractive Incentives. Interested Candidates Can Apply Immediately.

Roles and responsibilities

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Active listening, Hindi and English, CRM tools, Typing speed
