Good Communication Skills And A Professional Approach Are Required. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi, Bengali

What you will do

As a Telecaller, your work will include:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Bengali and Hindi
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, Bengali
• A customer-first, polite attitude

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
