We Are Looking For A Female Telecaller To Work At Our Dunlop Office, Responsible For Calling Customers For Car Insurance Renewals . Languages : Hindi, Bengali

Your responsibilities

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
