Female Telecaller Required For Shyambazar Branch For Car Insurance Renewal Profile. Your Role Will Be To Call Customers For Renewal, Share Policy Details, Attend Incoming Calls And Do Follow-Ups. Good Communication And Teamwork Skills Are A Must. Working Hours Are 10 Am To 6:45 Pm, Monday To Saturday. Languages : Bengali, Hindi

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Skills and qualifications

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Bengali and Hindi
• Female Only
• No English required
• Freshers can apply
• Languages: Bengali, Hindi
• A patient, polite attitude

What you get

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month.
