We Are Looking For A Female Telecaller With A Fixed Salary Plus Incentives To Join Our Team At Our Shyam Bazar Office For Car Insurance Renewal. Working Hours: Monday To Saturday, 10:00 A.M. To 6:45 P.M. Languages : Hindi, Bengali

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month.

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Comfortable with Bengali, Hindi
