The Job Functions Include: Monitor Account Health Metrics And Proactively Acting On Solutions And Communication To Improve And Maintain Our Marketplace Account Health In A Good Condition.Handle Returns, Exchanges, And Other Customer Service Issues Related To Online Purchases. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What you will do

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• You'll prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• You'll follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Local market knowledge, Presentation, Target achievement, Lead generation
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone self-motivated and persuasive
