We Are Looking For A Hotel Receptionist To Join Our Team At Eddison Hotel To Perform A Variety Of Administrative Tasks. As A Part Of This Job, You Will Welcome Guests And Greet People Who Visit The Organization/Business Premises. Besides This, You Will Also Handle Front-Desk Tasks Like Managing Mail And Forwarding Phone Calls. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Email etiquette, MS Office, Basic accounting, Record keeping
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are well spoken and dependable

What you get

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month.
