The School Outreach Executive Will Play A Key Role In Expanding Eduxpl'S Network Of School Partnerships By Conducting Structured Outreach From The Office, Maintaining Strong Communication With Schools, And Supporting The Business Development Team With Proposals, Presentations, And Administrative Coordination. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales, Outbound | Languages : Hindi, English

What you will do

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Outbound and Sales
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
