Compensation

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role

• Good knowledge of Basic Excel and Email

Your responsibilities

As a Customer Support Engineer, your work will include:

• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

• Shift: 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
