Run Basic Errands (Bank Work, Courier Services, Etc.), Maintain Cleanliness Of Office Premises (Desks, Pantry, Meeting Rooms, Etc.)Handle Photocopying, Scanning, And Filing Documents, Deliver And Collect Documents Within And Outside The Office, Manage Office Supplies And Inform Admin When Stock Is Low, Assist In Setting Up Meeting Rooms. Skills Needed : Email, Computer | Basic Excel

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
