Ekanta Design Studio wants to bring on a Customer Care Manager for its Mandaveli, Chennai team. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month. 3 candidates will be hired for this role.

Day-to-day work

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of English, Marketing, Sales and Tamil
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
