Roles and responsibilities

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Ms Word
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Skills Needed: Email, Computer
• MS Power Point, Internet Surfing, MS Word, > 30 WPM Typing Speed
• You are well spoken and organised

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
