Key Responsibilities:Handle Order Processing And Coordinate With Customers And Suppliers.Manage Emails, Phone Calls, And Business Correspondence.Maintain Records, Prepare Reports, And Update Excel Sheets.Assist In Scheduling, Follow-Ups, And Administrative Tasks.Support Business Operations And Special Projects As Required.

What you get

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
