What we are looking for

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Data entry, Record keeping, MS Office and Typing
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Day-to-day work

As an Assistant Receptionist, your work will include:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
