Elegant Interior Art Gallery is looking for a Back Office Executive to join its team in Rajaji Nagar, Bengaluru. The pay goes up to ₹15,000/month. 5 candidates will be hired for this role.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Email, Ms Power Point and Ms Word
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Skills Needed: Email
• You are well spoken and dependable

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
