Job Title: Customer Support Executive Voice Process Process: Inbound & Outbound Voice Calls Key Responsibilities: Handle Incoming Customer Calls, Address Inquiries, And Resolve Issues Effectively. Make Outbound Calls To Assist Customers With Queries, Updates, Or Resolution Follow-Ups. Provide Accurate Information Regarding Products And Services While Maintaining High Customer Satisfaction. Maintain A Professional, Customer-Focused Attitude During All Interactions. Escalating Complex Queries To The Concerned Departments When Necessary.Requirements: Excellent Communication Skills In Both English And Hindi. Minimum Versant Score Of 4 Or 5. Willingness To Work In A 6-Day Rotational Shift Environment (Including Weekends). Immediate Joiners Preferred. Type : Inbound, Outbound, Domestic, Sales | Languages : English

Compensation

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
