Samsungs Outbound Sales & Chat Executive Role Is A Sales-Process Position Where Youll Contact Prospects By Phone And Chat, Explain Samsung Products, And Convert Leads Into Sales. Candidates Need Excellent Communication And Persuasion Skills, And A Graduation Degree Is Mandatory Both Freshers And Experienced Candidates Can Apply. The In-Hand Salary Is 22,000 For Freshers And 25,000 For Experienced Candidates. The Job Is A 5-Day Week With Rotational Shifts And Rotational Week Offs, And Each Shift Lasts 10.5 Hours (9.5 Working Hours Plus A 1-Hour Break). Immediate Joiners Are Preferred.

Your responsibilities

As an Outbound Sales Executive, your work will include:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Verbal communication, Typing speed, Complaint handling and Hindi and English
• Good English
