Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. We Are Looking For Field Collection Executives Who Will Be Responsible For Visiting Customers For Collection Of Payments On Behalf. Languages : Punjabi, Hindi, English

Roles and responsibilities

• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products

What we are looking for

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Punjabi
• Male Only
• No English required

• You are detail-oriented and persuasive

What you get

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
