Handle Tender-Related Support Functions Including Data Entry, Document Preparation, Compliance Management, Record Keeping, & Report Generation. Maintain Accurate Documentation & Workflow Tracking. Support Bid Submissions, Coordinate With Internal Teams, Follow Up On Deadlines, & Ensure Smooth Back Office Operations For Government & Other Tenders. Advanced Excel, MS Word, Internet Surfing, > 30 WPM Typing Speed | Skills Needed : Email

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Skills and qualifications

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Word
• Good English
• Freshers can apply
