Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Complaint handling, Hindi and English, Active listening and Verbal communication
• Basic English

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Salary

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
