A new Collection Telecaller role is open at Elshaddai Enterprises, T.Nagar, Chennai. There are 30 open positions. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

Key responsibilities

• You will comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• You'll verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.

What you get

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Outbound, Sales, Tamil
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
