We Are Looking For A Detail-Oriented Billing Executive To Manage Customer Invoicing, Billing Documentation, And Coordination With Internal Departments To Ensure Timely And Accurate Billing. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Good Knowledge Of Gst, E-Invoicing, E-Way Bills, And Erp Systems.Key Responsibilitiesprepare And Generate Customer Invoices Accurately And Within Timelines.Create E-Invoices And E-Way Bills As Per Gst Regulations.Verify Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, And Supporting Documents Before Billing.Coordinate With Sales, Dispatch, Stores, Andaccounts Teams For Smooth Billing Operations.Maintain Billing Records And Ensure Proper Documentation.Reconcile Invoices With Customer Orders And Dispatch Details.Resolve Customer Billing. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : GST, TDS, Tally | Book Keeping, Taxation

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Book Keeping, Gst, Tally, Taxation and Tds
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Skills Needed: GST, TDS, Tally
• Book Keeping, Taxation
• A confidential, organised attitude

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You will process invoices, payments and expense claims.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• You'll track receivables and payables and follow up on dues.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
