Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Salary

You will be paid ₹6,000 – ₹10,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Payroll, Labour law basics, Screening and HRMS
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
